Ingredients1 pound can of backfin/lump crab meat
1 pound can of claw crab meat
1 green pepper, finely diced
1 red pepper, finely diced
3 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley
½ of a red onion
3 tablespoons of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
½ a lemon
8 ounces of room temperature cream cheese
½ cup of mayonnaise at room temperature
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions1. Sweat the peppers, onion and garlic in a pan. Sauté until tender.
2. Add in the canned crab, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until warmed though.
3. Stir in the cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add a squeeze of lemon and place warmed mixture into a serving dish.
5. Serve hot with grilled French bread or toast points. Garnish with parsley and lemon then enjoy!
