At the Restaurant at the Pointe, part of Shaker Pointe at Carondelet, you can look forward to an adventure at every meal.  Our creative culinary staff is led by expert chefs who use locally sourced ingredients to enhance the taste and satisfaction of their dishes.  The Restaurant, housed in a beautiful round stone building, was designed to emulate the architecture of traditional Shakers.  Enjoy the warmth and bounty of the hearth, the restaurant’s focal point as you relax with friends and family.

Tuesday-Thursday

Lunch:  11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Dinner:  4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Friday

Lunch:  11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Saturday

Chef Peter Jones culinary experience is long and varied.  After receiving a B.S. in Communications and an A.S. in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu, Peter worked for Michelin Stared Chef Robert Fasce of the Inn at Little Washington.  He went on to work for Certified Maser, Chef Olivier Andrinni in Philadelphia.  Soon after he moved to Atlanta, GA to work at Cherokee Town Club, the number one rated private club in the world.

Before coming to The Restaurant at the Pointe, Peter helped open the Black and Blue restaurant in Albany then went on to work at Yono’s Restaurant.

Chef Peter’s menus focus on simple, clean flavors with fresh ingredients taking center stage.
